IGClipper respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. This page explains our policy for responding to claims of copyright infringement.
Our Role
IGClipper is a tool that helps users download publicly available Instagram content that they already have the link to. We do not host, store, or index copyrighted content on our servers. Files are fetched on demand and are not retained after a download completes.
Filing a Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and believe that content accessible through IGClipper infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice to us that includes:
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The specific Instagram URL or content in question.
- Your contact information, including a valid email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
Where to Send Notices
Send DMCA notices to our Contact Us page with the subject line “DMCA Takedown Request.”
Repeat Infringers
We take copyright seriously and will take appropriate action in response to valid, verified infringement notices.
